Job Description
Were looking for outgoing down-to-earth and enthusiastic crew members with a passion for storytelling to join our crew.
What youll be doing:
- Welcoming guests with passion and gusto and guiding them through a 90 minute world-class unforgettable fantastical FX film experience
- Guiding tours in both Mandarin and English
- Being part of our Wētā Cave retail team
- Selling and processing tickets
- Helping to inspire guests to start a collection of their own by sharing your enthusiasm in-depth product knowledge and sales focus creating a retail experience like no other
What were looking for in you
- Previous host retail/sales guiding or guest/customer service experience
- A passion for movies visual effects graphics and/or novels
- An upbeat enthusiastic outlook and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience
- Proficiency in speaking Mandarin and English
Hours:
- Opening hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm 7 days a week. And were looking for people with good availability across the week
Please note:
- All roles are casual (on-call) and include weekend work
- Training starts 10 November 2025
- As part of our recruitment process shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a short video interview
- Training is fully paid.
- This role pays $27.80/hour
