Internal Expressions of Interest Workshop Team Leader
We are seeking internal expressions of interest for a proactive team leader to lead the workshop refurbishment technicians.
Youll be responsible for leading motivating and continuing the ongoing development of the team monitor productivity plan and schedule work effectively and ensure technicians have the skills tools and resources needed for team success.
With a strong focus on quality control and continuous improvement this role plays a key part in optimising processes and resources to achieve key operational objectives. Youll thrive driving high levels of quality refurbishment performance while fostering a positive safe and supportive team culture. For the year ahead there will be a large focus on process improvement where we seek to understand and improve the way we use technology to manage the workshop activities including tracking of equipment refurbishment time and cost allocation and invoicing.
Communication both verbal and written is also important and you will be able to engage at all levels of the organisation and articulate your messaging well.
Team Leadership Group (TLG) this role is an active member of TLG whos purpose is to support the achievement of business goals. Youll provide support to operational business as usual (BAU) activities ensuring department and overall organisation goals are understood. Youll demonstrate strong collaboration to enable you to support and work closely with TLG colleagues provide consistency across operational requirements that support the achievement of our organisation wide goals.
