Job Summary
Were now looking for a Retail Manager to make sure the store is buzzing our people are providing a great guest experience and that were operating efficiently.
Its a broad role covering:
- Retail Operations and strategy including merchandising stock management and guest experience
- Team leadership and culture through training coaching and development - fostering a guest-first and safe workplace culture
- Deliver new products in collaboration with our marketing and product teams
- Oversee our photography and experiential elements ensuring they enhance overall visitor engagement and are integrated into the guest journey.
- Everyday retail duties including supplier relationships sourcing stock and analysing our product mix

Our ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for tourism proven retail management experience and who enjoys and excels at leading people (especially people at the start of their careers). Ideally youll have a love of our industry too!
Youll have the confidence to build our strategy living and breathing our vision here at Unleashed and achieving our KPIs in the process. A savvy commercial mind that can make data-driven decisions to the best out of our products will be needed too.
Collaboration is key in this role with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

We are open 7 days while the standard hours are Monday to Friday you will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
