Job Summary
Are you looking for a management internship and do you have a strong passion for F&B Then this might be the perfect internship for you! Novotel Amsterdam City is looking for an F&B Management Intern.
Novotel Amsterdam City is one of the largest 4-star hotels in the Benelux. We have 610 rooms 17 meeting rooms and a large restaurant that can serve up to 350 guests. We offer breakfast lunch dinner and room service. Additionally we have a cozy bar where our guests can enjoy a drink.
During this internship you will learn a lot about both the operational and non-operational aspects of F&B:
Leading the restaurant and bar staff by assigning tasks;
Guiding motivating and inspiring the team;
Providing support on the floor;
Assisting guests in a correct and hospitable manner;
Financial administration and purchasing;
Creating staff schedules;
Supporting the F&B Manager with various projects.
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
- You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English spoken and written;
- You are flexible with your working hours (morning or evening shifts);
- You have your own transport or live in the Amsterdam area;
- You are well-presented communicative and socially skilled;
- You are accurate quality-minded and capable of overseeing your own and your colleagues work from a helicopter view;
- Customer focus commercial insight and stress resistance are second nature to you!

- As an intern you will receive a gross compensation of 750 per month based on a 38-hour workweek including thesis time;
