Job Summary
For our Energy Infrastructure Solutions team we are looking for an hands-on and enthusiastic person in the role of Service Engineer to support the growth in our power conversion system (PCS) business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Start-up and commissioning of inverters/ converters at customers BESS fields or remotely.
- Diagnose and repair of faulted inverters/ converters on field troubleshooting and replacement of spare parts including electronic boards AC and DC fuses fans and filters etc.
- Follow procedures to provide maintenance to inverters/ converters.
- Complete on time weekly field reports that capture time and work completed on site.
- Responsible of inventory parts assigned to you to perform at work at the field.
- Responsible of caring for company property such as company vehicle tools electronical devices.
- Conduct training sessions for installers system integrators and EPCs.
- Prepare reports on the analysis of product failures and conduct improvement plans.
- Travel based on operations demands.
Qualifications :
- Educational degree in electrical maintenance electro technical services electrical engineering or related majors
- Experience from a similar technical support role
- Hands-on experience with PV/BESS products and related electrical technologies
- Certificates of Medium-Voltage & Low-Voltage electricity to work in at least one of the EU countries is a must
- Good understanding of commissioning troubleshooting maintenance calibration monitoring and repairing of heavy electrical equipment
- Very good communication skills in English Chinese is a plus
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Drivers license Class B
- Basic network concepts is considered a plus
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
