We are seeking on behalf of our client to hire a proactive and customer focused Customer Service Representative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers addressing inquiries and supporting sales initiatives to achieve company targets. This role requires excellent communication skills resilience under pressure and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone email and in person.
- Actively promote company products and services to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently escalating issues where necessary.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the sales team in achieving business growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree/OND/HND in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Sales or Customer Service with measurable sales targets.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Yoruba or Igbo will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask solve problems effectively and remain resilient under pressure.
