- Schedule and conduct detailed demos of products/services from leads qualified by Sales Account Managers tailored to each customers specific needs and pain points.
- Learn proactively to possess deep knowledge of the product and can answer detailed questions about features functionality and implementation.
- Create customized proposals showing how the product would work in the clients environment.
- Conduct the product demonstration virtually or visit client in their office.
- Fill in technical questions throughout the sales cycle raised by client.
- Set up trial periods or pilot programs to let prospects experience the product firsthand.
- Support and provide the sales team with technical expertise and credibility during the sales process.
- Hands off to sales rep for closing then to implementation team after sale
Qualifications :
Ideal background
- Former recruiters or HR professionals who want to move to the vendor side.
