WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Reports to the Central Sales Operation Manager responsible for achieving sales targets via team leaders performance and proper lead distribution.
- Manage a group of team leaders through coaching performance management and strong leadership.
- Supports the management team in collecting data managing leads and providing insight
- Data Analysis in order to review and optimize sales executive conversion rate and sales
- Achieve sales targets through strong leadership and maximizing team output
- Set hiring standards conduct interviews manage agent performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Prepares daily weekly and monthly performance reports and presents them to relevant stakeholders.
- Familiar with CRM system (salesforce)
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor and/or masters degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- English Language fluency required
- Able to speak Bahasa/Mandarin (depending on the requirements)
- Analytical and number orientated. You are process-oriented and data-driven
- Thrives in high-paced fast-moving environments and can make quick assertive decisions
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office with strong Excel skills
- Ability to work and navigate Salesforce and any other CRM tools
- Willing to take on additional tasks assigned
