Understanding the Role

We are looking for a creative performance-driven Paid Media Copywriter to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for developing writing and testing high-impact ad copy and visual concepts across all major paid channels to directly influence key business growth targets.

The ideal candidate understands direct response principles and uses campaign data to inform creative strategy. You will collaborate with Paid Media Managers and designers analysing briefs to recommend optimal ad formats and creating both copy and basic visuals.

This role offers a direct chance to craft engaging data-backed narratives that optimise funnel performance in a collaborative international environment.

Core focus:
  • Analyse campaign briefs and recommend optimal ad formats and creatives.

  • Write persuasive and engaging copy for paid ads landing pages and email campaigns.

  • Writing copy for paid media ads (likely Meta Ads Google Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.).

  • Source or recommend visuals (images/videos) to complement ad copy.

  • Create basic banners and creatives using Adobe Express / Adobe Photoshop

  • Adapt and refine ad copy in response to campaign optimisation needs.

  • Proofread campaign materials ensuring clarity and brand alignment.

  • Collaborate with paid media managers to design and execute A/B tests.

  • Review campaign data across platforms and translate insights into content recommendations.

  • Stay up to date with social media guidelines ad trends and best practices.

  • Support overall marketing strategy with fresh data-backed creative ideas.

Nature of work: More short-form performance-driven copywriting than long-form brand storytelling. Think headlines ad captions call-to-actions.

Required skills:
  • Strong written English (clear concise persuasive).

  • Ability to quickly adapt messaging to fit platforms and audiences.

  • Basic creative sense (choosing or pairing visuals with copy).

  • Analytical thinking (understanding how copy affects engagement/click-through rates).

  • 2 3 years experience this is an intermediate/junior-mid level role.

Expected Start Date: January 2026



Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (clear concise persuasive)
  • Experience writing for paid ads
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor s degree in English Marketing Communications or related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong grasp of social media guidelines and content best practices
  • Experience writing for B2B topics
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Express skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and awareness of industry trends
  • Curious proactive and eager to learn paid media optimisation
