- Be relentless in researching reaching out to and speaking to the right decision-makers in a business.
- Required to close new accounts as successful partnerships.
- Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit set KPIs.
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that every successful partnership that goes live on the platform meets all requirements for processing.
- Kept records of calls and sales and noted useful information in an organized fashion.
- A knack for objection handling persuasiveness instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced fashion.
- Problem-solving comes second nature; constantly striving to provide solutions that are in sync with the companys offers.
- Constantly excelling in meeting and exceeding KPI elements set by the company.
What do you bring to the table
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and software.
- Experience in conducting market research and identifying potential leads.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
