HEAD OF REMOTE CHANNELS UNIT (FMD)

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Leading and inspiring a team of leaders within the Remote channels unit fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive remote channels strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances customer engagement
• Performing effective people management including hiring goal setting conducting one-to-ones performance reviews coaching and supporting career development for team members
• Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs aligning priorities and ensuring seamless integration of remote communication solutions
• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Establishing strong partnerships with external partners and key stakeholders to ensure synergy and alignment between all parts
• Evaluating and adopting AI technologies to enhance communication capabilities and customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

• University degree
• At least 5 years of experience in leading Customer service Remote channels
• Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving strategic and operational goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment and drive organizational success
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English both written and verbal
