Department introduction

This department provides problem setting and solutioning support as well as implementation support such as program management and change management for clients who have not yet determined the issues and solutions for digital transformation. By applying best practices we have developed through support in various industries around the world we support technology-driven corporate transformation by providing solutions tailored to the unique circumstances and management issues of Japanese companies. Currently we have about 60 people in Japan and India and we support clients in various industries divided into technology areas.

Characteristics of our consulting services

It is a "hybrid delivery model" in which a mixed team of Japanese and overseas staff is organized to carry out a project. We have approximately 600000 professionals globally and has alliance relationships with major IT vendors around the addition the R&D department in India is independently researching the latest technologies such as AI and has a network of industry-academia collaboration. Consulting based on such a wide range of global technical knowledge is one of our characteristics and strengths.

Responsibilities

In this project to build an infrastructure that supports enterprise-wide data utilization you will not only lead the architecture design but also perform the management functions necessary to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

With both a technical and management perspective you will structure business requirements and translate them into system requirements and contribute to successful delivery through project promotion (quality schedule and risk management).

Examples of specific duties:

- Define requirements with clients and related departments organize the To-Be vision and break it down into technical requirements.

- Concept and design data infrastructure architecture (ETL/ELT DWH lake API etc.)

- Organize non-functional requirements including data models data flow design and security and operational aspects.

- Output reviews (design documents code deliverables) and technical advice.

- Implement the following management elements in project implementation:

- Schedule and task management (creating a work breakdown structure reviewing progress).

- Identifying technical issues and risks and promoting countermeasures.

- Integrated management of multiple vendors and development teams.

- Preparing and explaining stakeholder reports.
