Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops and interviews with Japanese- speaking business users to document requirements and pain points
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows for Life insurance products
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for web backend Salesforce and COTS systems
- Work closely with designers architects and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Demonstrate the product obtain business feedback and optimize it
- Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of solutions
- Understand the capabilities features and limitations of the supported products thoroughly to facilitate process automation and standardization
- Ensure alignment of IT deliverables with regulatory and compliance needs of Japanese insurance market
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Support change management training material creation and delivery in Japanese and English
Requirements
Must :
- Working experience in Life Insurance domain
- Understanding the overall workflow of insurance operations(sales contracting and claims)
- JLPT N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading writing and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
- Ability to effectively coordinate with Product owner and manage product backlog Customer SMEs from Business & IT Onsite and Offshore teams.
Nice-to-have :
- Exposure on Agile methodology DevOps Security vulnerability management
- Experience in customer management policy admin claims and/or operations within insurance IT
- Exposure to batch processing integrations or complex legacy modernization programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills (multicultural distributed teams)
- Actively involved in Application transition and stabilization phases
