Job Summary

Requirement:

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP solutions and strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves working across cross-functional teams to deliver services meet service levels and mature IT operations.


Essential Functions:

  • SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) min 10 years experience
  • Expert in Order to Cash process min 10 years experience
  • Ability to understand the client business process and suggest SAP Standard best Practice
  • Prepare workshop approach and workshop contents based on leading industry practices
  • Assess functional change impact and any risks and issues raised impacting project
  • Drive to-be process confirmation workshops
  • Capture fit to standard decisions global vs local and potential customizations requirements identified (includes items to be prioritized).
  • Develop functional deliverables and obtain sign off as per project sign off matrix
  • Update to-be process documentation
  • Provide solution design
  • Conduct design walkthrough session and perform design validation based on business requirements
  • Drive functional activities including design build data testing training and cut over
  • Perform configuration custom development and readiness checks as applicable
  • Support Cut-over team on cut over activities
  • Create training content and conduct application training
  • Provide KT to Application support team
  • Provide post go-live support


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience or 2 full implementation cycles in the S/4 module listed below (or ECC equivalent):
  • Native Japanese proficiency is must
  • Experience in Fit-gap analysis Functional Specification and custom development process
  • Proven track record in configuring and customizing S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution management functions.
  • Familiarity of the underlying technical underpinnings of SAP.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the following end to end business processes: Sales Customer Service and Order Management Order to Cash Logistics and Distribution
  • In-depth understanding of SAP SD capabilities including standard order processing ATP scheduling agreements delivery billing pricing inter company party sales rebates customer returns material determination account determination and credit/debit memo processing
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA including the modules SD is required.
  • Understanding of the interaction of SD processes with other business processes and SAP modules (mainly FICO MM EWM PP QM and IBP)
  • Significant experience in leveraging full capabilities of SAP core functionalities to keep customizations to a minimum.
  • Experience in complex SAP environments.
  • Integration Experience with 3PL TMS Customer Management portal etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP implementations upgrades and migrations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence business users team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering value to Lindt business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with omni channel e-commerce platforms and third party logistics is desired
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to various client locations.
