Job Summary
Join the team at the Relais Chateaux Caesar Augustus Hotel and contribute to creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. Caesar Augustus Hotels is looking for a dynamic and passionate Room service specialist ready to support our exceptional restaurant team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests carefully listening to their requests and complaints and providing professional and courteous responses.
- Ability to notice small imperfections or needs ensuring that the environment is always well-maintained and welcoming.
- Ability to resolve any issues with guests quickly and effectively remaining calm and seeking satisfactory solutions.
Qualifications :
We Required
- Knowledge of food and hygiene.
- Proficiency in speaking on the telephone
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Have a good command English and French
- Knowledge of gastronomy national and regional cuisine.
- Knowledge of enology wine and beverage service.
- Must have excellent customer service skillstelephone
- Must have 1 year serving experience in room service
