We are currently working with a top-tier law firm who are looking to add a Legal Personal Assistant to their Corporate department on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to support senior Partners and fee earners in a fast-paced high-performing legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to Partners and their teams
- Manage diaries emails and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Prepare and format client reports presentations and business development documentation
- Arrange domestic and international travel including itinerary planning and briefing materials
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on behalf of senior lawyers
- Manage monthly billing time entry and expenses with accuracy
- Provide support to other PAs in the wider Corporate team when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a PA or EA ideally within a legal or professional services firm
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Previous experience with legal billing systems and expense management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discreet professional and confident working with senior stakeholders
- A proactive flexible approach and a strong team ethic
