Job Summary
- Validate the incoming change requests (e.g. infrastructure network in IT service operations)
- Working in various ticketing systems (SNOW etc.)
- Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and processing incoming e-mails
- Cooperation with the Change Managements Technical support units and other stakeholders during the whole change lifecycle
- Facilitate meetings with resolution team and customer
- Responsible for successful planning execution and completion of changes
- Monitoring the processes and make improvement suggestions
- Taking part of internal and customer projects
Qualifications :
- Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status
- Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week
- German (B2) and English (B2) language knowledge
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in team
- Logical way of thinking
- Certification of good conduct
- Knowledge of Service now is an advantage
