As our Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations across Luura Paros Cliff and Luura Paros Sand. Working closely with the Cluster Director of Finance youll ensure accuracy compliance and control in all financial matters while supporting the business with timely insights and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations including payroll accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with policies and local regulations.
- Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed and accurate.
- Support preparation of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the Director of Finance.
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with audit tax and governance requirements.
- Monitor cash flow bank reconciliations and support treasury activities.
- Provide variance analysis and cost reports to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Partner with operational leaders to track expenses optimize costs and improve profitability.
- Supervise and develop the finance team promoting accuracy accountability and continuous improvement.
- Act as key support to the Director of Finance in all financial planning and reporting.
Qualifications :
Who were looking for
- Minimum of 23 years experience in hotel finance or accounting management ideally within luxury or lifestyle hotels.
- Degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with local regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative hands-on approach.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellence.
