Main Responsibilities:

  • UPDATE USER DATA in the Mi Bosch Car Service App and web platform.
  • DRIVE IMPROVEMENT CAMPAIGNS for digital functionalities ensuring an enhanced user experience.
  • PROVIDE ADVANCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT to our global teams particularly for more technical incidents collaborating directly with developers.
  • MANAGE AND RESOLVE ISSUES for users across two key markets operating in German and English.

Qualifications :

What we are looking for

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills professional telephone etiquette and the ability to handle situations in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Must have a sense of team response to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • IT Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with Excel (e.g. understanding of pivot tables).
    • Troubleshooting skills (e.g. what to do when a password isnt accepted).
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience with ticketing tools like Jira (or OTRS Bosch) is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
