Are you passionate about sales and helping others succeed We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our B2B sales this hybrid role you will dedicate approximately 30% of your time to direct sales activities (acquisition reactivation and retention) and 70% to supporting the training development and enablement of our account managers across Europe.
You will play a key role in driving revenue while also shaping the skills and success of our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in both customer-facing and internal coaching environments.
Sales (30%)
- Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts focusing on acquisition reactivation and retention.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM.
Training & Development (70%)
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions for account managers at all levels (junior mid senior).
- Collaborate with the Senior Training and Development Manager to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training content.
- Support the rollout of sales training initiatives including playbooks best practices and process improvements.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of e-learning modules presentations and workshops.
Qualifications :
- Fluent English. At least C1
- Experience: B2B Sales Training L&D coaching or sales enablement. Sales preferably in account management acquisition or retention roles is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Mindset: Growth-oriented collaborative and eager to share knowledge.
- Bonus points: Experienced with e-learning tools (content creation).
