Job Summary
What youll do
- Assist with the check-in/check-out process and provide a warm personalized greeting.
- Contact guests to ensure everything is to their satisfaction (courtesy calls in-person visits).
- Coordinate details for anniversaries honeymoons birthdays or specific guest preferences.
- Listen to guest concerns log incidents and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
- Ensure housekeeping room service maintenance etc. are aligned with guest expectations.
- Arrange special in-room touches for VIP or returning guests following hotel protocols.
- Assist with surveys departure interviews and review monitoring on online platforms.
- Record preferences habits and useful notes for future stays.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- EU Nationality is required.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
