- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Work closely with consultants to specify our products and include them in vendors lists.
- Act as a technical expert and advisor to clients providing them with in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors offerings
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
- Mentor and train junior sales team members on technical aspects of our products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in civil / mechanical /architecture engineering is a must.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sales preferably in construction / infrastructure / MEP section- industry is a must.
- Proven track record of good customer management and specifications
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Working with his own car
