Job Summary
Junior & Senior Technical Architect Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Construction Drawings Construction Documents finishing schedules and related project deliverables.
Coordinate with internal departments (Design Master Planning FF&E) and external consultants (MEP & Structural).
Communicate with contractors and suppliers as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in site visits to monitor design implementation.
Support documentation archiving and digital filing systems for all project materials.
Contribute to BOQs and Specifications preparation.
Attend meetings and prepare minutes when required.
Provide updates on project status to the Project Manager / Lead Architect.
- Expected to review and guide the work of Junior Architects lead coordination efforts and take responsibility for reporting project progress.
- Junior Architects will work under supervision assisting in drawings documentation and coordination tasks while gaining exposure to all project stages.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD Revit etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills.
- Junior Level: 0 3 years of experience.
- Senior Level: 5 years of experience with proven ability to lead and mentor juniors.
