Junior Consultant for our Data and AI team in The Tech Collective

Do you want to kickstart your career where technology meets real-world impact In The Tech Collective (powered by Implement) we are currently seeking junior consultants who want to kick-start their careers by working part-time while they study. If youre passionate about tech data AI and digital transformation and want to learn fast while creating tangible client value wed love to meet you.

What youll do
Youll be part of cross-functional teams delivering high-impact projects across industries for both public and private clients. Your work will include but not be limited to:

• Driving digital transformation projects from strategy to implementation
• Shaping actionable AI and data strategies use-case discovery and roadmaps
• Developing data centric solutions to support the activation af data in new contexts
• Building proof-of-concepts with generative AI and APIs and helping integrate solutions into client ecosystems
• Facilitating workshops preparing clear executive materials and enabling leaders to drive change

Youll start as a generalist with room to explore and the option to grow into tracks such as AI advisory data architecture AI engineering software development or digital strategy.

What you bring

On top of that wed prefer if you:

•  Are currently studying a relevant bachelors or masters degree (e.g. business IT engineering computer science or similar)
• Have strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in how technology drives business value
• Show curiosity for AI and modern digital solutions (it will be considered a bonus but not a must if youve tried LLMs Python or cloud tools)
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to structure ideas clearly and turn complexity into clarity
