Job Summary

In our warm and welcoming company you will be assigned with these following tasks:

 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process of high qualified talents including job posting candidate screening interviewing and onboarding.
  • Draft and review of employment contracts agreements and other HR legal documents to ensure that they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Advice and support management and employees on all employment law issues including the harmonization of employment contracts and working conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Administer payroll and time recording for employees ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Organization coordination and performance of employee performance reviews.
  • Further optimization of HR monthly reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data privacy and security in accordance with regulations.
  • Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and drive improvements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
  • Organize company events and team-building activities.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in an HR role in Germany (at least 3 years).
  • Basic knowledge of German labor laws and regulations.
  • Preference will be given to candidate with HR controlling payroll accounting German social security tax labor law and/or international recruiting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in German (at least B2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities.
