Job Summary
How does your working day look like
- Youll be the ambassador for the 25hours Hotels brand
- Youll succeed in forging the best links to our customers so that you can sell every event very well and make it unforgettable for the client
- Youll support the group reservation for the hotel
- Youll support various projects from our Groups & Events Team in the hotel
- Youll coordinate your daily schedule independently and youll honour agreements even when your appointments diary and email inbox are full
- Youll report directly to our Groups & Events Managers in our hotel
- Youll keep the overall picture in view when every room in the building is booked simultaneously and all the phone lines are red hot
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
- You may have first experience in organizing events or have worked in tourism and speak good English
- You have the ability to get people excited about our concept and youre a passionate salesperson
- Youre a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admit it
- Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
