We are a well-established global Forex company with offices worldwide. Our Cyprus office is growing and we are currently looking for German-speaking Retention Agents to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional fast-paced and supportive environment within one of the industry s leading financial services groups.
Requirements
Requirements
Fluent in German (native or near-native level).
Strong level of English for internal communication.
Previous experience in Retention / Sales / Account Management within the Forex industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven and self-motivated with a strong customer focus.
Must be currently based in Cyprus.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop strong relationships with existing German-speaking clients.
Maintain ongoing communication via phone email and chat to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Upsell additional services and encourage continued investment activity.
Provide guidance on the company s platforms promotions and financial products.
Ensure high levels of client engagement and loyalty by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed retention targets.
