Purpose of the Position
Drive Ball SBs technological modernization through comprehensive process and systems analysis leading the design of a roadmap that prioritizes efficiency integration and scalability. During the first six months this position will be tasked with diagnosing the current state documenting needs proposing strategic improvement initiatives and implementing innovative solutions focused on artificial intelligence and automation that strengthen competitiveness and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose map and document the companys processes and systems identifying inefficiencies functional and technological needs and opportunities for improvement.
Design a strategic roadmap for technological modernization prioritizing the integration of artificial intelligence and automation in key planning and operational processes.
Lead the implementation of digital transformation projects coordinating with organizational areas to ensure integration interoperability and alignment with business objectives.
Manage and oversee company systems ensuring proper functioning security updates and scalability.
Administer relationships with technology providers negotiating contracts overseeing compliance and evaluating performance.
Promote innovation initiatives that connect technological solutions with business needs fostering a culture of sustainable digital transformation.
Requirements and competences to work with us
Education
Degree in Systems Engineering Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related fields.
Desirable: specialization or certifications in data analytics digital transformation or applied
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in business process analysis and implementation.
Experience managing technology providers and overseeing enterprise systems.
Proven track record leading technological modernization projects with measurable results.
Knowledge and Skills
Artificial intelligence applied to processes (optimization planning automation).
Administration and supervision of enterprise systems.
Negotiation with providers and management of technology contracts.
Advanced English.
Proficiency in process mining tools ERP/CRM and agile methodologies.
