Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Virtual Sales Specialist who thrives in a remote environment and has a passion for closing deals. You will be responsible for generating qualifying and converting leads into clients as well as maintaining relationships for long-term sales growth. A strong focus on cold calling and outbound prospecting is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to potential clients across different industries
- Prospect and generate new leads via email calls LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualify leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel
- Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations
- Close deals or coordinate with internal teams for contract finalization
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging
- Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and KPIs
- Provide regular reporting and insights on performance metrics
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in sales / business development preferably in remote or B2B environments
- Proven experience in cold calling outbound prospecting and appointment setting
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Zoho)
- Ability to work independently self-motivated and results-driven
- Technically savvy: comfortable with virtual tools email automation video calls
- Organized disciplined able to manage pipeline and multitask
- Experience in virtual / remote work setups is a plus
- Resilience and persistence when handling objections and rejections
