Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT projects within scope budget and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills proven expertise in project management and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope goals deliverables and requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Identify clarify and resolve conflicting priorities ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Coach mentor and guide team members to foster accountability collaboration and delivery excellence.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Design and lead QA tests to validate requirements against business needs. Conduct data and process analysis to ensure the quality and accuracy of IT solutions.
- Operational Support: Coordinate incident management activities promptly to maintain business continuity.
- Risk Management: Identify monitor and mitigate risks. Proactively manage changes in project scope address potential incidents and implement contingency plans.
Requirements
- Proven background as an IT Project Manager with the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.
- Strong leadership managerial and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and IT project management.
- Ability to work independently make informed decisions and handle multiple priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of process design and modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).
- Proven experience with data analysis (preferred).
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM (a plus).
- Experience with Real Estate or Finance systems (a plus).
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Years of Experience
- 4 6 years of proven experience in IT project management.
Language Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency both oral and written.
Technical Skills
- Project management methodologies and tools.
- Excel and data analysis.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- Meetings facilitation.
- IT general concepts and manual testing.
