Job Summary
与国外商务采购团队及本地的项目采购团队合作开发和管理本土供应商以达到降成本保供货持续提高质量表现的目标
Cooperating with Global commerical team and local PUE team developing and managing local suppliers to reduce cost guarantee delivery and improve quality performance.
Job Description:
Works with global commodity purchasing team to implement sourcing activities in the China market 同全球采购团队合作开发中国地区供应商
- Identify new suppliers and first screening
寻找鉴别新供应商
- Develop and support supplier
供应商发展支持
- Ensure quality measures testing and audits
保证质量测评及审核顺利进行
Manage material field/suppliers
负责管理采购特定物料组供应商
- Take responsibility for cost reduction target achievement and contract negotiation.
负责完成物料组成本降低目标合同谈判
-Work with purchasing team to solve daily issues (Delivery Quality etc) in supply process.
同采购团队合作解决供应过程中的日常事务如交货质量等等)
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree major in mechanical or material relaated is prefered.
机械材料学等相关专业优先
More than 3 years experience in mechanical industry prefered with machining heat-treatmnet plating PCBA or supply chain management experience
机械行业三以上工作经验 有机械加工热处理表面处理PCBA供应链管理相关经验者优先考虑
Good communication skill & interpersonal skill
良好的沟通协同技巧
Mechanical technical background familiar with I4.0
机械技术背景熟悉工业4.0
Proficiency in English
英语流利
Good data analysis capability with excel and summary compentence with PPT is prefered
有较强的excel数据分析能力PPT汇总能力优先
Open minded esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests
开明通达善于在跨文化背景及矩阵型组织结构中的平行沟通和垂直整合
Good team player and networker
良好的团队协作
Ability to work under pressure

Willingness to frequent travel
