Business Analyst - Toronto (3 days onsite)
Look for candidates with experience in Investment Management companies.
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements for new initiatives enhancements and system integrations.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops interviews and working sessions to identify gaps opportunities and risks.
Support solution design by working with architects developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
Assist in developing test plans executing test cases and validating deliverables against business objectives.
Contribute to change management activities including training user guides and stakeholder communication.
Monitor post-implementation performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (CBAP PMP Scrum) are assets.
8-10 years of business analysis experience preferably within financial services investments or asset management.
Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks requirements gathering and process mapping.
Solid understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence Visio Power BI or equivalent.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic and collaborative environment.
