Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET & React)

Were seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET and React. This role is open to both mid-level and senior candidates who are passionate about making an impact.

As part of our high-performing team youll work on a variety of challenging projects ranging from modernising enterprise platforms to developing APIs and building innovative digital solutions. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design build and deliver applications that not only meet business needs but also delight users.

You balance technical excellence with creativity and enjoy tackling complex challenges. This is a permanent role that requires ongoing weekly attendance at our clients office in Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Build scalable secure and high-performance web applications.

• API and Microservices Development: Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using modern frameworks and tools.

• Database & Messaging Systems: Develop and support solutions using relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server RDS DynamoDB) and messaging services (SQS SNS).

• Cloud Integration: Leverage AWS services including Lambda RDS DynamoDB SQS and SNS to deliver robust and modern solutions.

• Code Quality Assurance: Ensure high code quality through unit testing code reviews and adherence to best practices.

• Software Development Lifecycle: Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including planning coding testing deployment and support.

Qualifications :

• Technical Expertise: Commercial experience and React. Well also consider applicants with a back-end focus who have some front-end capability.

• API Specialist: Strong backend API development skills.

• Versatility: Experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer working across modern technologies and frameworks with a willingness to support client projects on a variety of technologies.

• Learning Agility: Enthusiasm for continuing to learn new technologies as required across client projects.

• Code Craftsmanship: Ability to craft high-quality maintainable and efficient code that meets requirements.

• Cloud Experience: Experience with AWS is preferred (Lambda RDS DynamoDB SQS SNS); knowledge of GCP or Azure is a plus.

• Best Practices: A solid understanding of coding best practices design patterns and security with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and impactfully with internal and external stakeholders.

• DevOps Practices: Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.

• Onsite Requirement: Willingness to work onsite 50% of the time.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
