Job Summary

As Finance Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the hotels finance function. Working closely with our Finance team youll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of hotel accounting from accounts payable and receivable to payroll support reconciliations and month-end reporting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in hotel finance with exposure to the unique operations of a luxury property. Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily finance operations including accounts payable receivable inventory control and reconciliations
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and month-end processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team ensuring timely and accurate documentation
  • Liaise with hotel departments to support financial queries and maintain smooth communication
  • Contribute to a culture of accuracy accountability and continuous improvement within the Finance team

Qualifications :

  • Previous as a Hotel Finance Officer or Coordinator highly regarded
  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A positive proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles with prior experience in a hotel finance environment highly regarded
  • Competence with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
