Job Summary
As our Housekeeping Supervisor youll help to coordinate the housekeeping team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. Youll assist the Housekeeping Manager with maintaining department rosters room allocations and follow up with room attendants to check room cleanliness is maintained to brand standards consistently.
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone who is reliable hardworking and enjoys cleaning. You should be able to work well on your own and as part of a team. Our ideal candidate is:
- Able to follow instructions from management and execute independently
- Friendly and respectful to guests and team members
- Proficient in IT systems; Microsoft suite HubOS Opera Cloud.
- Has previous experience working as a housekeeping supervisor
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including Mornings Evenings Weekends and Public Holidays when required.
Working rights in Australia is essential for this position. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this job role.
