This permanent fulltime role offers 38 hours per week including 8 non-contact admin hours and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training mentorship and dedicated support well ensure youre equipped to thrive in a leadership role.

Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday:

  • 6:30-8:30am (Rise then Shine)
  • 2:30-6:30pm (Stay and Play)

About the Role Lead Your Team to Success!

As an OSHClub Coordinator youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage.
  • Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
