Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based Role

We re looking for a School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our partner school district and help shape inclusive student-centered learning environments.
In this role you ll conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and use data-driven insights to refine supports. You ll collaborate closely with teachers paraprofessionals administrators and families to build systems that align behavioral growth with academic goals. Your work will go beyond individual student needs you ll also influence school-wide practices offering coaching and professional development that empowers educators to apply evidence-based behavioral strategies in the classroom.

Requirements
To be considered candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a related field. Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred along with a strong foundation in ABA principles and positive behavior supports. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding communication skills a collaborative spirit and the ability to problem-solve effectively in a dynamic educational setting.
