Job Summary

We re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are delivered safely on time and on budget. This role requires strong leadership communication and cost management skills with the ability to coordinate clients subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project delivery: safety schedule budget and quality.
Coordinate with Engineers Superintendents subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage budgets cost tracking change orders and project documentation.
Conduct weekly project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
Oversee project startup through closeout including inspections and final payment.

Requirements

Bachelor s in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
8 years of progressive experience in civil construction.
Skilled in budget management scheduling and quality control.
OSHA 10 Certification.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Safety-first mindset with a results-driven approach.
