- Jan 2: 3p-12a

- Jan 2-3: 9p-6a

- 7-8: 11p-8a

- Jan 9: 3p-12a or 9p-6a

- Jan 13-17: 11p-8a

- Jan 19-20: 11a-9p

- Jan 21-24: 3p-12a

- Fortuna:

- Jan 1-3: 7a-7p

- Jan 5-6: 7p-7a

Coverage Type: Clinical only

Shift Schedule: Mon-Sun; Mainly nights

Patient Volume: Ave. of 110 (in 24 hrs)

Patient Demographics: 88% Adults 12% Peds

24-hr Support Services:

- Anesthesia Cardio-Thoracic Surgery Cath Lab General Surgery Lab

- Neuro-Surgery OR Response Time Orthopedic Surgery Radiology & Vascular Surgery

Other Locum Physicians Available: Yes

L&D Dept Available: Yes

Total No. of Beds: 144

Beds in the Dept: 32 (12 ICU beds)

Trauma Level: III

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

- Ed staff respond to house codes.

- Hospitalist writes the admission orders.

- Newborn deliveries sent directly to L&D

- 2 facilities

Required to Supervise APPs: Yes; APC in Fast Track

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

BC/BE (If BE: must be within 5 yrs post residency) in ABEM/ABEOM only

BLS ACLS

At least 2 yrs of experience

Current Case Logs (surgical specialties)
