Elevate Infusion is a Kansas City based home infusion nursing agency serving patients across Missouri and Kansas. We partner with specialty pharmacies and healthcare providers to deliver advanced therapies from IVIG and immune biologics to select oncology treatments safely in the home setting. Backed by a leadership team with deep healthcare expertise we are building a modern scalable model that blends clinical rigor with startup agility. Our mission is simple: empower nurses improve patient outcomes and redefine what home infusion can be.

Position Summary

The Director of Nursing will lead Elevate s clinical operations and infusion nursing staff ensuring compliance with INS IgNS and ONS standards as well as state regulations. This role blends leadership quality oversight and clinical care serving as the clinical bridge between patients pharmacies and providers. You ll guide quality programs mentor staff and ensure our nurses deliver safe patient-centered infusion therapy at scale.

Requirements

CRNI IgCN or ONS certification strongly preferred

Current RN license in good standing (MO/KS or compact eligible)

BSN preferred

Infusion/oncology experience (IVIG biologics oncology infusion venous access)

Strong patient education documentation and quality oversight skills

Meets state immunization/TB requirements
