About the role

We are looking for a Manager Financial Projects for one of our clients which is a leading multinational industrial construction services company focused on electrical and instrumentation services. This is a fast-track opportunity for financial professionals with expertise in insurance and project management to lead complex financial projects and drive strategic impact.

What will you do:

Lead ERP accounting implementations and enhancements.
Conduct due diligence and oversee financial integration for acquisitions.
Assess and optimize existing accounting processes.
Manage renewal and interface of corporate casualty property and excess insurance programs.
Provide training on new accounting controls and processes.
Support finance and accounting with ad hoc projects and needs.

What Youll Bring:

10 years of experience in financial management and project leadership.
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting expertise.
Proven success managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Experience with insurance programs especially Casualty Property and Excess coverage.
