Required Skills:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the travel industry. 2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency with computer systems and online booking platforms. 5.
