Job Summary

Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare review and manage all cost estimates BOQs and cost control documentation for Turnaround/Shutdown (TA/SD) projects.
* Support TA/SD planning and execution activities ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
* Coordinate with project teams to validate quantities resources and progress tracking.
* Utilize MS Project and/or Primavera for project planning and reporting.
* Operate and maintain project-related data in SAP (PM Module).
* Provide technical support in contract administration variations and claims.
* Generate accurate reports dashboards and documentation for management review.
* Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Quantity Surveying/Technical Services.
* At least 5 years experience in Turnaround/Shutdown (TA/SD) projects.
* Strong background in TA/SD Planning.
* Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera.
* Hands-on experience in SAP (PM Module Operations).
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
* Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
