Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish precise coordinates and temporary benchmark in accordance with project construction drawings to ensure accurate site layout and reference points.
- Set out construction elements including buildings fences roadworks and external drainage systems as per project specifications and plans.
- Accurately set out grid lines and verify levels to ensure correct alignment and positioning of construction elements
- Check the plumb (vertical alignment) of structural elements and verify the line and level of formwork to ensure structural integrity and compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct detailed surveys and collect data to inform construction planning including topographical surveys boundary surveys and as-built surveys.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data including measurements drawings and reports. Provide detailed documentation and reports on survey findings to project management and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years
- Available to join immediately
