Lead Product Designer End-to-End Design
Location: Hybrid Bangalore 6 months (extendable)
About the Role
We re seeking a Lead Product Designer to take end-to-end ownership of critical product charters. From research to delivery you ll ensure every aspect of the design process is executed with excellence and accountability.
What You ll Do

Own the design lifecycle for multiple high-impact product initiatives.

Conduct immersions synthesize insights and drive design strategy.

Deliver high-quality outputs that meet craft and usability standards.

Work closely with senior stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.

What We re Looking For

5 7 years of product design experience with strong ownership qualities.

Portfolio showing end-to-end design work with measurable outcomes.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience balancing speed with quality in dynamic environments.

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability.
