Job Summary
Looking for Software Tester
Experience : 1 to 2 Years
Job Location : Basheerbagh Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Design:
Analyze user stories specifications and requirements to create comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts.
Test Execution:
Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify defects inconsistencies and performance issues.
Defect Management:
Log and track defects using a defect tracking system and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare clear and concise test reports communicate findings to stakeholders and participate in meetings to discuss testing progress and issues.
Regression Testing:
Perform regression testing after bug fixes and software updates to ensure that existing functionality remains unaffected.
Test Environment Setup:
Set up and maintain the test environment including test data and necessary tools.
Collaboration:
Work closely with developers product managers and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient software development lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
Apply quality engineering principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques .
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies .
- Knowledge of testing tools and defect tracking systems .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
- Experience in data analysis .
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously .
- Understanding of different types of testing: functional integration regression performance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies: is often preferred.
- Experience with various testing tools: (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).
