The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring qualified candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs deliver a positive candidate experience and support the company s talent acquisition strategy through proactive sourcing and efficient process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring for open roles and lateral hires.
- Write post and promote clear job descriptions on job boards social media and the company career page.
- Source and engage candidates via databases referrals networking and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Drive the interview process by ensuring timely feedback and smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate transition.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn job boards referrals and social media.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess candidates skills competencies and cultural fit.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
