Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring qualified candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs deliver a positive candidate experience and support the company s talent acquisition strategy through proactive sourcing and efficient process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle hiring for open roles and lateral hires.
  • Write post and promote clear job descriptions on job boards social media and the company career page.
  • Source and engage candidates via databases referrals networking and platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Screen resumes conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Drive the interview process by ensuring timely feedback and smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate offers prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate transition.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn job boards referrals and social media.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates skills competencies and cultural fit.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
