Job Description: ServiceNow Experts (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM)

Position: ServiceNow Consultant / Developer / Architect

About the Role

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow experts specializing in ITSM ITOM or ITAM to design develop and implement enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge strong technical skills and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design configure and customize applications within the ITSM / ITOM / ITAM modules.
• Develop workflows scripts integrations and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices governance and security standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Perform troubleshooting root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Support upgrades patching and enhancements of the ServiceNow platform.
• Document solutions configurations and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow in at least one module (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture data model and integration capabilities.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript Glide API REST/SOAP integrations).
• Expertise in workflows business rules client scripts and UI policies.
• Familiarity with CMDB Discovery Service Mapping (for ITOM) or Asset Lifecycle Management (for ITAM).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Implementation Specialist or Architect certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and third-party integrations.
