Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can blend creativity with strategy to deliver bold impactful and visually stunning work. You ll lead design thinking on projects guide junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design creatives across digital social media web and offline touchpoints.

Translate campaign briefs into compelling visual stories.

Lead design execution for key accounts and high-stakes projects.

Mentor and guide junior designers ensuring design quality and consistency.

Work closely with copywriters strategists and developers for integrated solutions.

Stay updated on design trends tools and innovations bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Ensure brand guidelines are met while pushing for creativity and innovation.
What We re Looking For

2 6 years of design experience in a creative/digital/advertising agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital-first campaigns and brand design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects is a plus).

Understanding of motion graphics UI/UX basics and web design trends preferred.

Excellent eye for typography color and layout.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.

Strong collaboration skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
