Role Overview
We are looking for a Copy Supervisor to lead the copywriting team and oversee all written content across campaigns. You ll ensure the creative output is sharp on-brand and impactful while mentoring junior writers and collaborating with designers strategists and account teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the copy team providing guidance feedback and mentoring.

Develop compelling copy for digital social media web and offline campaigns.

Review and approve content to ensure quality tone and brand consistency.

Collaborate with creative strategy and client servicing teams to translate briefs into strong messaging.

Stay updated on industry trends cultural moments and audience insights to drive creative ideas.

Ensure deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
What We re Looking For

4 6 years of copywriting experience in a creative/digital/advertising agency.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across digital and offline campaigns.

Excellent command over language grammar and tone.

Ability to lead inspire and manage a team of junior writers.

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively under tight deadlines.
